Master Zhou Xin Chen, inheritor of Wudang Martial Arts, the 7th Dan of Chinese Martial Arts, the 1st-level coach of Chinese Martial Arts
Master Zhou Xin Chen, inheritor of Wudang Martial Arts and Wudang Taiyi Five Elements Fist, the 7th Dan of Chinese Martial Arts, the first-level coach of Chinese Martial Arts, the champion of national Sanda.
Master Zhou Xin Chen began to practice traditional Chinese martial arts since he was a child. In 1990, he came to Wudang Mountain Chen Kui Martial Arts School (the largest Kung Fu school in Wudang Mountain at that time) to learn wudang martial arts. After several years of hard training, he became the best disciple of the grandmaster, and served as the head coach of the school, leading more than a thousand students to train.
Master Zhou Xin Chen has participated in national and international martial arts championships and got many awards.
- In 2000 he won the third prize in the 3rd National Wushu Hometown Competition for his Sanda in Jiangxi Province.
- In 2001 he won the second prize in the 1st National Sanda King Competition in Hunan Province.
- In 2007 he won the champion in organized by CCTV for his Taiyi Five Elements Fist.
- In 2008 he won the champion in organized by CCTV.
After participating in many martial arts competitions, Master Zhou Xin Chen’s martial arts experience is already very rich. But he felt that to become a true Kung Fu master, only Kung Fu is not enough. Because Wudang Kung fu contains too many profound theories and philosophies, only by understanding the culture behind martial arts can it be possible to achieve a higher level of martial arts cultivation. So he began to study Taoist culture while practicing martial arts, and became a disciple of Grandmaster Li Guangfu, the president of the Chinese Taoist Association. He followed master Li Guang Fu to study Taoist culture and Taoist thought carefully, and earnestly studied “Tao Te Ching”, “Yi Jing”, Chinese medicine, Tea ceremony and other Chinese traditional culture.
So far, Master Zhou Xin Chen has taught more than 3,000 Chinese and foreign students. At the same time, Master Zhou Xin Chen has been invited to teach in Australia, Russia, Malaysia, Italy and other countries, and his disciples are all over the country and around the world.
